Cupping Therapy

Modern cupping therapy reaches deep into the facia to promote health and healing by loosening soft tissue and connective tissue, scarring and adhesions, moving stagnation and increasing lymphatic flow and circulation.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a form of healing energy work in which I use very light pressure, primarily at the head and base of the spine, to restore balance to the craniosacral system.
